All items are ready to ship, so you don’t have to wait for them to be made! You can expect your order to be in the mail and on the way to you the weekday after you place your order.

When will my order ship?

If you need to cancel your order, you can contact me via email at pumpkin.princess@gmail.com or DM me at https://www.instagram.com/shop.pumpkin.pretty. Since orders are shipped out the weekday after the order is placed, I unfortunately may not see your message before it is shipped out.

What if i need to cancel my order?

What’s your refund policy?

I offer refunds and/or replacement within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or replacement of any kind.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement or refund, please send me an email at pumpkin.p.princess@gmail.com or a DM at https://www.instagram.com/shop.pumpkin.pretty.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
